As
a member of the Quality Assurance Team, the Data Quality Engineer position is
responsible to do complete detailed test planning documents, develop and
document test cases and execute the same in order to ensure high quality in
software releases, and lead Software QA efforts:
Work with Software Project Managers to
develop test plans, test cases, test schedules, and identify project milestones
and risks. Develop, publish, and implement comprehensive test plans for
multiple software projects Coordinate testing resources when applicable and
execute test cases as needed. Work with IT department to develop appropriate QA
environments and gain knowledge to resolve questions in preparation for and
during the testing phases for each project
Requirements:
- Experience
with Oracle / SQL, Linux/Unix
shell scripting, Java and/or Perl experience a
plus
- Excellent
Communication skills
- Ability
to work under tight deadlines
- Experience
in all phases of software QA
- Ability
to think, plan, and influence strategically
- Ability
to work as a team and individually
