Provider Online offers individual web based queries of our trusted, highly accurate HMS Provider MasterFile.
The solution is fully hosted by Health Market Science. Users are able to access a wealth of information on Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), including:
- Name, Specialty, DOB, credential/type
- HMS unique identifiers
- Medical School and graduation date
- All unique identifiers including:
- NPI, State license (both active and inactive)
- DEA
- UPIN
- Tax ID
- Taxonomy code
- All HCP Affiliations by groups, clinics, hospitals, and office address
- Medicare Participation
