After a well-attended session at CBI's 5th Annual Tracking State Laws and Aggregate Spend , Health Market Science and CBI decided to create a follow-up webinar that echoes some points offered in my August presentation, while offering more detail on the cost of poor quality data. In a noontime webinar Healthy Customer Data is Key to Aggregate Spend Compliance, September 27th, my colleague, Abigail Hardy and I will discuss specific examples of the “four horsemen of the aggregate spend apocalypse” – inaccuracy, inconsistency, incompleteness and non-governance. Abbey and I will help outline the various quality assessment and data management options for achieving “healthy” data and a compliance-ready information repository.
